IV Better Hydration & Wellness is a nurse-owned concierge medical service. We are credentialed and experienced providers that will travel to your home, office, or any other location and provide the service you need. While we are widely known for our wonderful IV hydration cocktails, IV Better Hydration & Wellness has so much more to offer!
At IV Better Hydration & Wellness, we are now powered by OptiMed Health Partners to bring more services to our patients. We believe that wellness is comprehensive and want to make the path to wellness available to each and every one of our patients.
We are able to do this by providing both mobile hydration services as well as specialty medical infusions for chronic health conditions at our infusion center in California, TX.

Jerria Bernestine Owner
Jerria Bernestine, FNP-C, is originally from Los Angeles, CA, and has called Texas home since 2007. She graduated with her ADN from the Los Angeles County College of Nursing in 2001, advancing to a Master's in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington.
Her clinical experience includes working in the areas of medical-surgical, telemetry, clinical observation, perioperative services, primary care, and functional medicine. The desire to provide preventive patient care drove Jerria to pursue her Master's degree. With her combined knowledge and skills, she strives to provide compassionate, comprehensive care to each of her patients.
As a nurse practitioner, Jerria continually strives to provide the best experiences and results for her patients. She’s proud to work hand-in-hand with each patient to help them improve their health and achieve optimal wellness.
Dr. John Heidrick, DO
At IV Better Hydration & Wellness, we are proud to collaborate with Dr. John Heidrick, DO, a highly respected Board-Certified Family Medicine physician who brings over two decades of experience and a deeply personalized approach to healthcare. Dr. Heidrick shares our passion for providing comprehensive, patient-centered care that prioritizes wellness, prevention, and optimal health outcomes.

Dr. Heidrick offers far more than standard primary care. His practice emphasizes advanced health screenings, diagnostic testing, and highly personalized wellness plans designed to uncover and address health risks before they become serious issues. Dr. Todd Farrer Medical Director – IV Better California
Dr. Todd Farrer brings over 30 years of medical experience to IV Better, serving as our trusted Medical Director. A board-certified physician in Family Medicine and Hospice & Palliative Medicine, Dr. Farrer is dedicated to combining clinical excellence with compassionate care.

He earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from New York Medical College in 1994 and completed his residency in Family Medicine at Kern Medical Center in Bakersfield, CA. Over the years, he has cared for thousands of patients across California, with a reputation for his professionalism, clear communication, and patient-centered approach.

At IV Better, Dr. Farrer oversees the safety, quality, and effectiveness of our wellness treatments—including IV hydration, infusion therapies, and regenerative services—ensuring every patient receives care that is both evidence-based and personalized. His leadership helps guide our mission of delivering convenient, high-quality medical care wherever our patients need it.

When not serving patients, Dr. Farrer enjoys giving back to his community and spending time with his family.
